FREIGHT CHARGES TO USA CUSTOMERS

Freight charges are based on order size and weight. Our shipping department uses a variety of carriers to get you the best rate.

 

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

Orders will be processed and shipped within 7-15 business days from the time you place your order. Depending on the distance between our warehouse and your required shipping destination, the carrier requires an additional 3- 5 working days to deliver to destination.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship directly only to the continental U.S. If you are in another country and would like to order from us, please contact us before placing an order.

 

SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES

Please inspect all cartons for visible damage and verify that you have all cartons marked on the delivery receipt before signing for merchandise. All shortages must be reported immediately to our Warehouse Manager. No credit will be issued for shortages reported 48 hours after receipt of merchandise. If shipment is short or damaged, please make the appropriate notation on delivery receipt. We are not responsible for shortages/damages that occur in transit.
